Bloomingdale Communications seasonal hold terms & conditions:
*Seasonal Fiber Internet Plan is available as a seasonal offering and is not intended to be used as an intermittent temporary suspension of products & services.
*Services must be on the seasonal plan for a minimum of 30 consecutive days, but for no more than 6 consecutive months.
*Requests to restore services from the seasonal plan made prior to the service being on the seasonal plan for a minimum of 30 consecutive days will be denied, and will automatically resume on the 30th day.
*Request for the seasonal plan more than (2) twice per year will be denied.
*Seasonal plan is available (2) twice per calendar year per account and/or service.
*Service(s) on the seasonal plan for more than 6 consecutive months will automatically be removed from the seasonal plan and restored to BCI’s Fiber Internet Essentials Plan.
*Bloomingdale Communications does not charge a one-time fee to add or remove the seasonal plan.
*As of September 1, 2025, there is a monthly recurring cost for the Seasonal Fiber Internet Plan of $15.00 per month.
*The Seasonal Fiber Internet Plan provides low speeds of 10 Mbps to maintain access to internet-driven devices such as cameras & thermostats.
*BCI will no longer offer a no cost vacation/temporary suspension of service as of August 31, 2025.
*Lease equipment fees, wire maintenance fees & applicable taxes/surcharges do apply with BCI’s Seasonal Fiber Internet Plan.
*Home Phone Service can be put on seasonal/temporary suspension hold; there are no monthly recurring cost associated with phone service while on seasonal/temporary suspension.
*As of September 1, 2025 BCI Television service is not eligible for seasonal (vacation) hold.
*Satellite Internet does have a monthly recurring fee of $7.95 per month while on vacation hold, plus applicable equipment lease fees & taxes/surcharges.
