Since our last update a ton has happened, but at the same time not a lot has changed. As a company we are slowly progressing back to the way we’ve always done things, however, at this time we’ve decided it is in the best interest of our employees and customers to keep our store fronts closed to the public.
Our Customer Care Team has returned to the office, however, the doors are not open to the public. The Customer Care Representatives are available during normal business hours to assist with equipment returns & exchanges. We are still encouraging customers to contact our Customer Care Representatives via phone to assist with billing questions and service requests. Our various payment options are still available. We offer online bill pay, drop box, regular mail, over the phone, or automatic bill payment via debit/credit card or checking account.
Our Technical Support Team has also returned to the office, however, their doors are also not open to the public. The Technical Support Team is available via phone during normal business hours. They are equipped with the skills & resources to troubleshoot & resolve most issues via phone. At this time we have suspended the computer repair portion of our business. If you are in need of computer repair, our Technical Support Team can provide you with a referral to one of our trusted partners.
Our Premise Technicians returned to the field mid-May. Since then they’ve been conducting the necessary installation and repairs to keep our critical infrastructure going. With our Premise Technicians being the only department working directly with the public, they are dedicated to keeping everyone safe and doing their part by wearing PPE and maintaining the 6 foot social distancing. We encourage customers while our technicians are onsite to please respect their safety and maintain the 6 foot social distancing standard. If you are in need of a premise visit, prior to scheduling the appointment you will be required to answer a series of questions regarding COVID19.
As always we appreciate your continued business.
Stay Safe!
