Dear Bloomingdale Communications Customers:
In response to the Stay Home, Stay Safe order enacted by Governor Whitmer today, Bloomingdale Communications will continue to have our front offices closed and our on-site technician visits will also remain limited to emergency out of service calls. We will continue to complete speed upgrade orders, IT service requests that can be completed remotely or similar work that does not require a dispatch to a customer site. We will continue to process payments via our website, over the phone, regular U.S. Mail, and our drop box.
For general billing questions or technical assistance our Customer Care & Help Desk Teams will be available via phone during normal business hours 8:00a.m.-4:30p.m. Monday through Friday at (269) 521-7300.
Bloomingdale Communications understands that we play a critical role in the communications infrastructure within the communities we service, and we take this responsibility very seriously. We are fully staffed and ready to address any maintenance or trouble calls for service on our network. Bloomingdale Communications is continuing to monitor and maintain the network as normal.
